This path shows how to take challenges of daily life in our modern society as opportunities for both contemplative practice and social action.
This weekend workshop offers an introduction for complete beginners and further inspiration with a fresh look at the spiritual path for those already familiar with meditation. The programme will consist of meditation practice, talks and discussion.
