Communicating with the world gently and fearlessly, our awareness is sharpened and we find the open clear sky of mind – a delightful source of wisdom and uplifted energy.

Wisdom in Everyday Life focuses on the dignity of the dragon, playing in space. It is the fruition phase of the master warrior, able to see the totality of the situation and know how to skillfully act to provide whatever is needed.  This level of awareness or confidence might seem a long way off and yet we have glimpses of experiencing this again and again - each time we rest in ourselves without an agenda and stay open to others and the situation around us.

This course presented over the first weekend of the year will provide opportunities for shamatha meditation practice, talks, discussion and dialogue. It is open to those who have completed the Fearlessness in Everyday Life course but exceptions may be made for people who have completed Joy in Everyday Life and who commit to attending Fearlessness in Everyday Life as soon as they are able.

Refreshments will be available but participants will need to provide their own lunch and meals. We will celebrate after the course on Sunday with nibbles and wine.
