This weekend will offer an opportunity for ngondro, werma and SSA practitioners to gather as a community and practice together.
Each day of the program will include two practice sessions and two study sessions appropriate for each level of practice.
Werma and SSA will practice in the upstairs shrine room and ngondro practitioners will utilise the main shrine room.
The day will conclude with each different level gathering in the main shrine to practice the Dharmaraja guru yoga.
The usual format of these days will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m; however, on Saturday the 17th of February the session will conclude earlier at 4:30p.m. to enable festivities and celebrations related to Shambhala day to commence at 5:00pm. 0900 - arrival.
0930 - opening chance and sitting together.
1000- practice session 1.
1130- study session 1.
1400- practice session 2
1530- study session 2.
The Sunday schedule will follow the same format but tea will be at 16:30 followed by Dharmaraja guru yoga and conclude at 6pm.
