This course is the third of five in the Everyday Life series but still open to all. Some experience of meditation would be helpful but not necessary as meditation instruction will be given. The course is presented as five classes delivered weekly over five weeks.
The classes will be made up of meditation instruction and practice, talks, contemplation, discussion and dialogues so that we can begin to envisage ways in which the teaching material can be incorporated into our everyday lives.
