Our regular Wednesday evening session for people new to meditation

The evening is made up of an introduction to meditation, short periods of sitting practice and lots of time for questions and discussion.

This event is designed with people new to meditation in mind but would also suit anyone who wants to receive meditation instruction again or discuss their experience of practice.

There is no charge for the evening but donations are always welcome.
