So many people live in the shadow of isolation, loneliness & fear. But this needn’t be the case. Through the practice of meditation and contemplation we begin to see things as they really are.
The practice of ‘generosity’ which is the first Buddhist paramita is very profound and can be a major source of wisdom & realization.
On reflection we can really begin to understand that the ego which seems so solid and fortified and which causes us so much sadness is illusory. This realisation can lead to so much joy & happiness.
