On Saturday 16 December we look forward to celebrating the Winter Solstice, a few days early, by practising the Shambhala Sadhana followed by a short talk from Pete Bailie on Courage, Commitment and Compassion: Aspects of the Bodhisattva Path. We begin at 10.30 am and will finish at the earlier time of 12.30 and then enjoy lunch together at one of the popular local cafes/restaurants.

This will be the last City Retreat for a while, although we hope to meet at the Friends Meeting House again next year on the occasional Saturday morning and of course our Thursday Open House continues to be available each week starting again on Thursday 11 January.

We do hope that you can join us for some or all of the above, but if not, we send all good wishes to you for the Festive Season and look forward to seeing you again in 2024.
