Thursday Open Evening (online only)

The session on the 2nd of May is online only

On Thursday evenings from 7.30 until 8.45 we hold an Open House session which you can attend online. During the evening there is a period of sitting meditation followed by short mindfulness of body exercise, then a reading or talk and discussion.
