Shambhala Meditation Groups in UK South West
The Bristol, Dorchester and Stroud groups offer meditation instruction, Buddhist courses and mindfulness practice suitable for all levels. Evening talks and weekend programmes are available on teachings in the Shambhala tradition.

Shambhala Bristol & South West is a sustaining member of Shambhala Touching the Earth Collective and supports the Shambhala Europe Ecology and Dharma Network.
Through the practice of meditation and the principles of Shambhala Buddhism, we aim to realise the basic goodness of ourselves and society.
